Also remember ,these healthcare givers are also humans who get tired too and need rests for few minutes to get them on track if there's an emergency,there should be a warning /emergency bell thatt triggers and that startles the nurses

Maybe they have another job and are working 3 jobs. Night shifts need to pay 4 times the amount. Try and employ someone that has one job only. Pay them well for the night shifts as night are meant for sleeping. People should be paid 4 times the amount for night shifts as they are also making a sacrifice to take care of someone at night. Weekends staff should be paid 4times the amount too as they are giving up their weekends to work. It goes both ways.
