You like a crispy yet slightly chewy chocolate chip cookie? If so, you need to try this recipe! #chocolatechipcookie #cookies Ingredients 1 cup salted butter, melted 1 1/2 cups light brown sugar, packed 1/2 cup white granulated sugar 1 egg 1 teaspoon salt 2 cups AP flour 1/2 tsp baking soda 12 oz mini chocolate chips 2 cups plain ripple chips, crushed Directions Whisk together in a bowl, melted butter, light brown sugar and white granulated sugar. Whisk in egg and salt. Add flour and baking soda and mix until well incorporated. Fold in chocolate chips and crushed chips. Use a 1/3 cup measuring cup for a cookie scoop. Place cookies on a cooking sheet lined with parchment paper. Place in freezer for 20 minutes. Place 3 cookies per cooking sheet. Bake in a preheated 350°f oven for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, remove from oven and bang the cooking sheets on your counter ( I place a cutting board on counter to prevent burning my it) place back in oven and repeat pan banging every 2-3 minutes for a total of 8 minutes. Cookies will bake for a total of 18 minutes. Remove from oven and bang pan one last time. Allow to cool on cooking sheet for 10 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
