Sounds off but hear me out I’m a dermal therapist and I’ve always thought about giving little “ self care kit” as gift for them with really nice cleaner, moisturiser and spf and a hydrating lip gloss…. Is that weird or do you think they’d appreciate it because it’s outside of the norm? We live in Australia and the weather is hot, so I can only imagine there skin could use the tlc

The best thing my old centre ever did for Christmas presents was a parent would organise letters to all families in like November/December to transfer money and they would split the money up between educators. One year we got $295 each!! It was awesome!!

one of the kid's parents ordered lunch from us from a nice Italian deli, including desert. second year in a row. and enough there were leftovers the next day. we all appreciated it

My daughters teacher is penguin obsessed, I got her a penguin bracelet that can track and give updates on her adoptive penguin. I thought it was cute 🥹
