@knotmaker60: Two old slip hitches in one video. They are fast to tie and fast to release. First knot is Mooring Hitch (also known as Lapp Knot loop, slipped form). Second knot is Slipped Half Hitch with the end tucked (ABoK p. 1823). These hitches are good for camping, small boats, and many daily jobs with rope. You can tie them in seconds and open them with one pull. They are great for short-time use. Please be careful: these knots are quick-release and not for life support. If you need a very strong and safe knot, use other hitches or add extra safety knots. In this video I put the rope on a round bar and show both knots slow.
