Some people want the night shift for the sole purpose of getting a good nights sleep. As the supervisor, as long as my people did their job, I personally didn’t care if they got a nap in at night

I'm sure they did their job then took a nap while he himself was asleep. As long as they wake up and check on him there shouldn't be anything wrong with them taking a nap for a few hours as long as they check on him often
