@Josh: That’s interesting because rat poisoning is basically Coumadin. What that does is cause bleeding in different areas and frequently when it happens in the lungs, on X-ray, it looks no different than a pneumonia. A pneumonia is the airways getting filled with blood, pus or fluid. It looks the same in any situation on a radiograph so all they would need is the corner to ignore the hemorrhage in the lung on autopsy and go by the radiographic finding which basically would call it a pneumonia until proven otherwise. Very shady and slick.
