I used to not be scared of acupuncture, until I had a physician adjust until I feel a jolt of pain (mind you I was already experiencing terrible back pain) and then tell me OH, feel the pain then correct already. from then on im quite reluctant to try acupuncture le.

I try dry needling before, I get the difference like you mention acupuncture the needle stay 20-30 mins while dry needling right after untangling the knots, that’s it. So is there any difference in terms of after treatment, etc
