I tried an amazing Lamb Ouzi made of a 12kg baby lamb, marinated with Emirati spices, slow-roasted in the oven for 3–4 hours until the meat turns crispy golden, tender, and smoky. It is served on biryani rice with lentils, nuts and salad on the side. This is good for 10 people at least! This restaurant is really a hidden gem. No tourists, no hype, just locals gathering and families sharing delicious food. Most of the ingredients they use here (from the meat to the milk) comes straight from the surrounding farms. If you want to taste authentic Emirati cuisine the way locals do, then you have to come and try this restaurant.
