Did you hear in the video where the traffic Officer says something about let’s irritate him and see if he’ll let us search his car? The IA is being cooperative, but rather obstinate. So write him the ticket and be done. No need to be calling his boss. You wouldn’t call the janitor’s boss, or the Pepsi man’s boss.
