Yes, you can be trespassed from Federal, State, City owned property. Most people confuse what public property means and what rules property managers can create to protect the function of the facility. It’s really all about public forum doctrine. Whether a property is designated Traditional Open Fora-e.g. public park, beach, street. Limited/non-public fora-e.g. airport, library, court house, post office. SCOTUS and many lower courts have ruled that 1st A expressive activities can be restricted in limited/non-public fora as long as non-discriminatory and supports function of facility.
