We went through on the 12th December and the quickest id ever gone through ever and we go twice maybe three times a year

It was ridiculous, if you were a family with kids under 12 you were directed to a person. Everyone else had the wait on the scanner. But then after one scanner you had to go to a different scanner and then to passport control to get passport stamped. Did not see the point of 2 different scanners metres away from each other so we ended up cueing twice!

I came on the 20th with irish passport was through within 15 mins I did notice anyone travelling with British passports was longer as they had to have fingerprint taken
