Hi, there isn’t much wrong with what you’re eating only that it’s not enough. I’m no professional and I don’t know you but I struggled so hard with an ed and constant restriction that turned into constant binging. Recently I decided to start recovery and I can’t tell you how happy I am accepting that I will only truly love myself and be happy when I become a manageable and comfortable body weight. Yesterday I got to jump around and dance with my sisters! I haven’t been able to do that in months. I know what it’s like, especially loving the disorder and not wanting to be fixed. Ig what I’m saying is recovery is a choice I can’t regret. I lost 80 lbs healthily then gained back 10 from my ed, when I’m healthy and in a good place mentally I plan to lose weight with HEALTHY eating and exercising. Ultimately recovery is your choice. Again I could be taking your vids the wrong way but please make a good choice
