ffs why cant ppl be kind .... a few years ago I was hospital with pneumonia. I was close to dyeing also . so whenever I get ill I do panic one because I hate hospitals . I did end up catching a taxi home with the drips still in my arms . my husband took me back. then a few years later covid19 happened.... whatever is going round is a nasty superglue and it is nasty 😤 so I do feel for you ... we had one xmas thay we was all ill with covid19 and last year my daughter was in hosp in Bristol with kidney disease 😢 I hope u feel better soon 💜💜💜

Does she not realise Flu is a virus 🙈 you shouldn’t have to justify anything to people like this, when men are ill they can just lay in bed all day but women especially those who are mothers have to carry in because they can’t just drop everything, if you didn’t do anything and just layed on bed, they would say say you’re a bad mother so you can’t even win with the like of people like Ems

This flu like virus is nasty and really does wipe you off your feet. My friend ended up in hospital. I had it a week ago, Upto day 4 the headache is something else, day 5 you start to feel a difference. But when you have children you don’t have the choice to to keep going. Some people are so vile. Why the need to make such a comment!!! Get well soon lovely x

I remember when I had the flu, I was feeling ill and called gp who told me to have a bath and paracetamol. I had the pills ran the bath, long story short I couldn’t get out of bath and needed ambulance and was sent straight to a ward and put on a drip and nebuliser. I honestly thought I was going to die. They said it was an unusual strain of flu for that time of year x
