I think this might be a little inaccurate. In New York there are signs on the highway to use flashers if going below 45mph.

Well when I got my cdl they told us to put the hazard light on when we were going 10mph under the speed limit. Example going up a hill

anyone driving towards hazards lights shouldn't be driving at all. rather the car is moving or stationed with hazards light, it means move to the side or proceed with caution ⚠️

He said it’s dangerous because if you use your hazards, it attracts you towards that vehicle. So wouldn’t that make it dangerous if there’s a car on the side of the road in an emergency situation with the hazards on?

You should only have your hazards on if you’re the last in line in traffic has come to a stop stunt or slow pace. Only the last car in the line should have their hazards on.

it's to warn those behind you to be careful cuz the road ahead is dangerous I've used my hazards during really bad weather for years and not once did a trooper pull me over cuz of it and I've lived in upstate ny my whole 47yrs of life
