Honestly, moaning about parking and getting to work to justify paying a ridiculous call out fee is crazy. Everyone struggles to get to work, and most people who don’t work in a warehouse would struggle to find parking 🤣

I’d do this type of work for £40 and not a penny more. It’s not always about “seeing how much you can charge customers.” That mentality sucks. Like sure I’d be happy to make £125 hanging a few mirrors but…is that fair to them? Hell no.

Are people saying these costs are too high? This would cost like $250 in the US. Like a $200 minimum visit fee is pretty typical for most people in the trades, unless you have some sort of existing contract and pre-planned service.

I've turned down so many jobs in Brighton & hove over the years not worth the agg. I bet people in town really struggle to get tradesmen. don't even drive though anymore

working with NHS seeing on the average 150 patients in a 8 hours shift and 6 hours standing and walking getting 15/hour. just couple of days ago a plumber changed my kitchen faucet in 30 minutes and the bill was 220 pounds plus 20% tax😁😂
