Tbh when he’s in his 20’a dear would probably just have the binkie be part of his gas mask or something. They can canonically add parts to their vital instruments Bundus (replacement arm guy) is an example of this.

I have a blankie, I get a new blankie every time one starts to go to shreds... but guess what... I have them all, all from the very first, the one that started it all, the one that's tattered and knotted because I had extreme anxiety and childhood ptsd growing up that I took it everywhere and literally knotted it myself and didn't even realize I was doing it because of my anxiety until one day in the middle of a first time Dr appointment with a new doctor, I looked at it and thought to myself, "has it always looked like this?" so yeah, my vital instruments would probably be my blankie, but when it became a weapon it would be a merge of every single blankie I ever had. ❤️❤️❤️(this is my most recent one still snugglable.)
