as someone who grew up in a very zionist community i think ppl do not get how deep the propaganda and indoctrination goes. i was a very educated teen and still didn’t learn abt the horrors of israel until i hit college bc my community was so insanely zionist. its likely she grew up under similar circumstances and changed her views once she learned more. we have to give people that opportunity especially when coming from spaces that are full of propaganda
