The first Watchdogs aesthetic is unmatched, the gritty dark chicago is an amazing atmosphere and it perfectly fits Aiden’s life and his struggles during the game.

This game hit different when you you could see the city irl too. Idk why but its almost nostalgic seeing chicago depicted in this game. Cz the city doesn’t feel how it did back then maybe thats just me though. Anyways I like that games like this immortalize the aesthetic of a place during a certain time. Societies develop and it’s kinda interesting to think like one day in the future, people will see vestiges of societies we once lived in inside of video games.
