I bought this espresso travel mug because it was advertised as keeping drinks warm for 3–4 hours, which is absolutely not the case. My drink loses heat far sooner than promised, making the main selling point misleading. The lid is also a major issue. The “improved” lip that’s supposed to replace the push-down lid is hard to control when drinking and often results in spills. If this is meant to be an upgrade, it doesn’t feel like one in real-world use. For the high price, it’s difficult to see how the cost is justified. Even with the option to have your name printed on the mug, the overall quality and performance don’t match the premium branding. There are many well-designed, genuinely one-handed travel mugs on the market that perform better at a much lower price. If this mug is being marketed as special or innovative, that should be clearly explained. Aside from the brand name and price tag, it’s unclear what sets it apart. The advertising feels overstated and not fully honest, especially regarding heat retention.
