I mean, you tell me how old I look but later this year I’ll be turning 40 🙊 glutathione was such a game changer. I mean, it makes perfect sense now that you have to yell from within instead of discovering it up topically but wow. I use an oral glutathione that is in liposomal form. The one I love is made by @@TerraHealth EssentialsIV and injectables are great options as well, but not for me and I’m plenty happy with the results I’ve seen
