NUTRAFOL!!!!!!! The healthiest and best my hair ever looked. Downside is that once you stop or miss (1-2 days) it circles back to day 1 progress🥲 only get on it if you have the funds to afford it for a long time!!

What is the best option for hair growth and fine hair (4b/4c)? You do not have any particular hair loss conditioner, but the front of hair is slightly thinner that usual. But the goal is to increase growth and hair density (if possible).

I’ve been taking viviscal for a year now & half now consistently! it has made my hair grow but still experience shedding at the same time & honestly there is months were I feel like my hair has gotten lighter :/
