I've made this cake in many variations I've used Sprite and vanilla cake and put a little bit of lemon extract in there using powdered sugar and lemon extract for the frosting with a little bit of water did the same with orange extract it is so good diet or regular it doesn't matter

Coke Cake. My cousin Jacquetta would bring this to church dinners. Sometimes she made a mayonnaise cake. Both great chocolate cakes.
