It’s been a year. I have/still trying my very best to move forward. But it’s very lonesome and depressing. The idea of being with a new person and starting over is very exhausting. The whole thing is cruel and very hard to snap out of and spring forward. #easysaidharderliving

Into the desert "I go with God"....been there, didn't like it, relented, grew closer to Him, understood He is FAR greater than my "earthly" dad. It was scary but I was ready for His work. It humbled me GREATLY....but it drew me closer to Him. I can now honestly say I love HIm

I have been fight or flight my whole life. Still learning what peace and resting really is. As stay at home mom, even when things are uneventful I find worries or even guilt/shame for being "unproductive". I am in a pruning season. Laying it at his feet over and over. For the first time in a long time I wake with no impending doom and my faith is growing. He is gentle parenting me through my own parenting of my toddler. God is so good.

I disobeyed God on this very thing for years. Finally, last year He gave no choice and He crumbled my entire world. I went out to the desert with God and it's the best thing so far.
