I am a female hockey fan, former player, and I just don't see it. Much like softball vs baseball, the game is just different. The physiological differences leave a significant gap and it just wouldn't be safe. Because women's hockey has more support and the level is rising in talent, there could come a time when a few women potentially make it into farm systems but the show? Unlikely. Let's support women in THEIR league and appreciate their top level for what it is. You know I love ya JT @ImAHockeyGuy

Maybe if the NHL expands to 50+ teams. There’s male goalies in the ECHL that would have sub 1.00 GAAs in the PWHL. Ain’t no way a female player would ever be good + strong enough to play in the NHL.

I don’t think you quite understand the difference. The Team Canada women’s has warm up games for the Olympics against Midget AAA boys (14-17) cause that’s all they can keep up with. I’m all for women’s hockey, but they’re not even remotely close to an NHL level…. This might be the worst take of all time

My dude. The PWHL is amazing hockey and I’m so glad it’s going well. I am already a total Victoire fanboy. But you’re forcing people to be derogatory with this talk. It’s like LeBron fans who want him to be the GOAT. It forces people to point out his flaws because he just isn’t Jordan. Not trying to be sexist or anything. But I have already stopped watching all broadcasts in men’s sports because they have women on the panel. I can’t stand it. They should be commentating on women’s sports. Men should be commentating on men’s sports. Does not make sense to me,
