In the UK, there isn’t an equivalent to Kung Pao (USA) Kung po in uk is NOT the same. Also very much miss crab Rangoon living here

We don’t normally have egg rolls, we have spring rolls, it’s wrapped in filo pastry and is much lighter and crispier

Although menus are similar all over the UK, I’d say Chinese food does vary by region as well in the UK. It seems the further north you go, the better it gets! Would be interesting to see how well a British Chinese take away would do in the USA.
