does it have a seperate cts ( Coolant temp switch). if so when its outside cold and won't start, with the ignition off unplug the sensor, turn ign on do your power up, then try it. this gives you an extreme cold start.

Relays will often do this in the cold, sometimes tapping or shaking them will will make them pull in.

Sometimes it look stupid but the relay are only frozen so just warm up whit your hand its enough

You have water in your tank and it froze. When you pulled it in the shop it defrosted. Had it happen to me on my sleds

Did you ever tune the sled when you put the exhaust on?! Turbo 4 strokes need a tune when you put an exhaust on them. They aren’t like 2 strokes where you can just slap a can on and it’ll be fine

yeah but you also warm up the battery when you put it in the shop to warm it up so you still don't no if it could be the battery or not

I really do think it’s your battery. You always know if you have a bad battery when it’s cold. It might even start tomorrow. Just didn’t get cold enough yet. Let it low battery.

buddy had a the same motor and the relays up north last year froze and he took them inside for 30 mins and it started right up i bet same problem

I’m pretty sure they had an updated relay for the old 4 stroke phasers , maybe same type of issue . I’m a GM tech sadly 😭. I see powertrain relays have issues in the cold all the time , warm them up, all good.

I had a SXS that the relay would freeze. Had to carry extra relay in pocket and switch out on really cold days.

I think it's a fuel relay, my son had exact same problem, leave the sled outside and put one of those handwarmers on the fuel pump relay. Good luck.
