For me, it is usually more concerning if they do usually have headaches than if they dont. Simply because this one must be sth different than the usual for them to come to the hospital for it

I have hemiplegic migraine. I went through this review in the ED where I had my first migraine with motor aura. It’s so important to rule out some of the other causes of headaches.
