Wait how do you know if your dog has a collapse trachea? My boyfriend’s dog constantly pulls on walks and sounds like a goose honking. It’s only when she’s on a walk never at home, could she have it?

So one of my littles coughs like that when she drinks water but not every time. Most of the time tho, we always thought she just didn’t know how to drink properly. The vet didn’t say anything either… maybe I’ll get a second opinion
