Also, I'm genuinely curious why so much pretense and how we come across at work? Why are you concerned about looking desperate for example or trying to cultivate confidence or credibility with others? It seems like it's pretending. If you say this or if you do this other people are gonna think you're good at your job. I think that's strange. Are you not good at your job or are you just trying to slide by and pretend that you're good like creating a false image or something? I've heard things like this before and I don't understand the pretending, the effort in trying to cultivate an image so much energy goes into this – why not just focus on the work itself more? That's where your confidence comes from. That's where your reputation and your image at work come from it's from being stellar. But you have to care about what you're doing a little bit.
