The included options are pork bone, pickled cabbage, sour and spicy, green pepper, and tomato. Premium broths are an extra $3–$8. I went with malatang (+$3) and pork broth. My broths were on the lighter side, which is pretty typical for hotpot since the flavour builds as you cook more ingredients. I personally prefer a stronger soup right away so I can sip on it, especially with premium broths. It’s similar to Chinese Hotpot, but in a much smaller space, so I’d recommend making a reservation if you can.
