I made it today, tastes great and I used beef stock. when I make it next time I will just use farfalle or pappardelle because snapping the sheets was a disaster and I found that they kept clumping together in sheets. good though!

You can put the pasta sheets in a snap lock bag to snap it so it doesn’t make a mess
