@itsjustm: Take it as a sign: You aren't crazy, you aren't broken, and you definitely aren't alone. Being the "bald friend" in your 20s is a specific type of heartbreak nobody talks about. Be proud of yourself for fighting a battle most people don't see. When it comes to hair loss, people only see the physical side. They don't see the mental gymnastics we do every morning. If you’re waking up today and doing the work, whether that’s applying your minoxidil, taking your vitamins, or just working on accepting yourself just know I’m proud of you. Follow along my journey and let's grow together 🌱 #hairlosstreatment #minoxidil #hairlossjourney #fyp #femalepatternbaldness
Hello , I’m in my hair journey too but I’m scared of minoxidil, I use nizoral shampoo, scalp massage every day , L’Oréal booster hair serum, kerastase genisis scalp serum with micro needling, pumpkin seed oil for DHT and it’s work , I have a lot of baby hair

Also check your iron levels, iron deficiency causes hair loss!

dont waste ur time with "natural". chronic hairloss cant be reversed and once the hair follicle dies it wont grow any hair again, ever...

I HATE getting my picture taken for this exact reason, especially with friends. You can just tell how different I am from everyone else and it’s so disheartening, especially when they say things like “ugh, I look bald” when it’s just their hair pulled back in a tight bun. I know it’s not their fault and I’m glad they won’t ever experience the pain of losing such a significant part of being human but omg. Most of the time, I just put my hair up so I don’t have to feel how thin it is over my shoulders. And sometimes, I don’t even wanna go out because I feel like an ogre, particularly if it’s a fancy place where everyone is done up so you stick out like a sore thumb 🫠

This week I’ll be one year on minoxidil best decision I ever made after three years of slow progress on rosemary oil and other remedies. Honestly I wished I started earlier.

Minoxidil topical is the best option with massaging the scalp, ive been on it for years now, once i stopped it falls out, and there are months that just shed more than others. Also pumpkin seed oil capsules. Daily iron complex tablets for like 3 months every year. Make sure vitamin D levels are great. Ketoconazole shampoo twice a week. This is case of androgenic alopecia due to pcos or genetics. This is my approach. And also taking contraceptives with anti androgenic effect like diane 35 as a pulse therapy 3 months/year can make difference. This us my personal experience based on years of research as a person in the medical field and been seeing multiple dermatologists

I started losing my hair at 25. I’m 33 now with 2 babies and it’s just gotten worse. Was also in denial in my 20s but I finally told my partner how I’m struggling mentally with my hair loss and was very supportive. The suffering in silence is real .

You did the right thing! Take supplements and DHT blocker , minoxidil daily, wash your hair daily, ( during the shedding phase try coconut oil 1 hour before washing your hair)

Very relatable.. A hair transplant is on my list, but i don’t know if that works on female pattern hair loss. Did you ever consider it?

How often do you wash your hair? It read that daily is best to get rid of DHT that cusses hair loss from oil productionzzz

It’s SO hard! I’m on week 8 and so glad I didn’t give up. I use Kirkland, super easy to apply in the mornings with the dropper and a wide tooth wooden comb, I’m seeing way less she’d finally
