I looked at the people who came begging for jobs when they settled in very well they were in the forefront demanding high salaries. I closed the company changed name and hired new staff. I see some of them at the gate they want their jobs back.... Abayobesebenza emakubo!!!

People don't consider how much the company is making per day and the value of their service per day. If your work brings a value of R50 a day how much pay do you need from that. Nowonder you are always fighting with oMy Friend. He gets a gross of R500 per day and maybe a profit of R150. But you need him to pay you R300 per day. Think guys think. Nowonder many people dont want to run their own companies. They choose to work for others
