Classic Peanut Butter Buckeyes Ingredients 	•	6 tablespoons salted butter, softened 	•	1 cup creamy peanut butter (not natural or oily — I used @Jif ) 	•	2 cups powdered sugar, sifted 	•	20 ounces chocolate melting wafers of your choice (I used @Ghirardelli Chocolate Company milk chocolate melting wafers) Instructions 	1. Dip each frozen peanut butter ball into the melted chocolate, leaving the top exposed (this is what makes them Buckeyes). 	9.	Place the dipped Buckeyes on parchment paper and transfer to the refrigerator or freezer for 30 minutes, or until the chocolate is fully set. 	10.	Once set, remove the toothpicks and gently smooth over the hole with a fingertip or the tip of the toothpick. Storage & Make-Ahead Instructions Refrigerator: 	•	Store Buckeyes in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week. Freezer: 	•	Buckeyes freeze very well. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 months. 	•	Thaw in the refrigerator before serving.
