@akivanachman: Who are the real Israelites? There’s a lot of confusion online right now, especially because of groups who call themselves Black Hebrew Israelites. (Most in America). I must say that there are branches and different sects of Hebrews, Israelites, etc. and not everyone who identifies as this falls under the category of people who are aggressive, violent & hateful to others. My journey actually started in some of these groups. And I know many personally who are very kind and respectful. It’s important to say this clearly and respectfully: Those who stand on streets corners yelling at people, read from the New Testament, follows Jesus/Yeshua, calls white people devils, and make claims that Jews are only “black”… 👉 They are not Jews. 👉 They are not recognized by any Jewish community or rabbinic authority. 👉 Their ideology is not Judaism and often contradicts the Torah. The Jewish people — the real Israelites — are a nation defined by: • Torah • Halacha (Jewish law) • An unbroken chain of tradition going back to Mount Sinai Judaism has always been passed down in one of two ways: 1. Being born to a Jewish mother, or 2. Conversion according to Jewish law, accepted by the Jewish people Judaism is not about race, skin color, or internet claims. Jews come in every color — Black, Brown, White, Asian — because Judaism is a people, a covenant, and a way of life, not a racial ideology. Groups that promote hatred, superiority, or violence — especially against Jews — are not continuing the Torah. They are distorting it. Judaism teaches humility, responsibility, and moral accountability — not supremacy. If you’re searching for truth, don’t follow loud voices online. Learn from real Jewish sources. Study Torah.
