I get it I do but this man is truly trying to get more then what it would actually cost n why he had his own contractor to come out cause if that wall shifted 6 inches like their claiming that would effect the entire building not just that wall so I'm calling bs on both the owner n Amazon

What else can Amazon do ??? Come out and fix it themselves !!! Yes you will need to contact Amazon’s insurance so they can process the claim and get your property fixed !!! They gave you a $75.00 gift card !!! If you accept it and use it , they can take it off the total cost of the repair !!! Also , if you use it then you have accepted it as compensation for your punitive damages !!!
