no it is not fair and more than likely Luke was gone already and I have seen a guy choking to and even emergency people got their they couldn't get his airway open and he so got broken ribs from to me when I see this it's just family trying to get money

No, it was not her fault. He was probably already dead. When he fell backwards. She was trying to save his life. She was helping him this is why people does not want to stop and help others because of this crap.

It's common for people to have broken ribs from chest compression. Especially if the compression go on for long periods of time.
