Crispy Chicken Tenders 🍗 Ingredients Chicken Marinade * 350g chicken tenders (around 10 pieces) * 1 tsp salt * 1 tsp black pepper * 1 tbsp garlic powder * 1 tsp onion powder * 1 tsp smoked paprika Coating Mix * 100g all-purpose flour * 50g cornstarch / cornflour * 1 tsp salt * 1 tsp garlic powder * ½ tsp black pepper * 1 tsp onion powder Wet Batter * 3 tbsp of the dry mixture * 1 egg * 50ml water  Sauce * 1/2 cup mayonnaise * 2 tbsp ketchup * 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce * 1 tbsp pickle juice * 1 tsp mustard * ½ tsp smoked paprika * ½ tsp onion powder * ½ tsp garlic powder * ½ sugar * Salt to taste * ½ white pepper Method 1. Let it rest     Place the coated chicken on a tray and allow it to sit for 5–10 minutes before frying. This helps the coating adhere properly. 7. Fry until crispy     Cook the tenders for about 3–4 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through. Larger chicken pieces may need 6–8 minutes. Fry in batches to avoid overcrowding. 8.
