Literally had to get in contact with Amazon Support for my mom cause the delivery driver said we weren’t home to get the package even though we were literally outside at the time he said we weren’t. We were also told he did this to lots of other people the same day with the same excuse and sent all the packages to be returned😭

This just happened to me with 3 gifts too 😭 I bought them 2-1/2 to 3 weeks ago. The money was taken and out back in my account 2 different times and until yesterday said it was tracking for del. In 12/24. Now it mid January 😡

Its been happening since mid November. I ordered my sister something on the 21st and it came the 19th of DECEMBER. Ordered my friend's birthday gift on the 13th of dec (pushing it i know) and now it got delayed until the 30th 😭

They somehow made my prepay debit that I use for online shopping go negative (didn't even know that was possible) because they didn't remove the authorization of the amount before charging it, so my account was technically down by double the charge amount. Took a full week to remove the authorization and get my money back.
