That learned to over-function, over-give, or emotionally disappear. Parent wounds don’t always look like trauma. Sometimes they look like loyalty to pain. Sometimes they look like repeating patterns you swore you’d outgrow. Sometimes they show up as a nervous system that never fully rests. As this year closes, the body remembers. The heart asks for resolution. And the soul gently whispers,“you don’t have to carry this into the next chapter.” Healing parent wounds isn’t about blame. It’s about release. It’s about letting your inner child exhale and finally feel held by something steady, grounded, and safe. This Reiki was sent with the intention of softening old emotional imprints, returning you to your center, and reminding your system that love no longer needs to be earned. If you feel called to go deeper, to close this year with reverence instead of survival, I offer in-person and distance Reiki sessions for those ready to be witnessed, supported, and guided home to themselves.
