If you ever stop into St. Albans up north, definitely hit up Kaiju Kitchen, similar vibes but Japanese. really good food and I go to school with the kid who's folks run the place

If you find yourself in northern vt for any reason, check out the rail trail pub in Enosburg Falls. A+ poutine, and amazing wings, among other things. Bumblebee Bistro is awesome as well
