ok so. nerd shit. the MCU hammer was blessed by oden to be unliftable by anyone not worthy. in ultimate (and in comics) the hammer could be lifted by anyone in theory, however it made itself heavier unless it saw you as worthy (thor for example) so when hulk lifts it here, he’s actively making himself stronger with his rage FASTER than the hammer is making itself heavier
