I was really reflecting yesterday during winter solstice and I noticed a continuing cycle that has been going on with me for a few years now where I start the year very hurt and depressed, bottle my feelings when it gets warmer and completely ignore them to the point where when it becomes cold again they catch up with me and I realized that yesterday as I was journaling. I wanted to share this because I'm starting to work on it and confronting my feelings and actually working them out instead of avoiding them!
