On December 2, 2025 I ordered two iPhone 17 Pro Max phones from T-Mobile as Christmas presents for me and my wife, UPS lost them and T-Mobile confirmed they were never delivered, today is January 12, 2026 and we still have no phones and no refund, what was supposed to be our Christmas turned into stress, disappointment, and feeling completely ignored, when T-Mobile wants money it is instant but when they owe the customer it becomes “please wait,” this is not right and we just want what we paid for or our money back.
