@fitfuelbyjuliana: Day 10 of 12 days of oatmas 🎄 peppermint mocha Overnight oats ☕️🍫 such a fantastic seasonal drink, so it is without a doubt an obligation to create a delcious peppermint mocha oat recipe!! recipe: 50g oat flour (oats blended to flour) 25g of vegan chocolate protein powder (essential for the thick texture) (mine is from @prozis ) code FITFOODIEJULES)) 10g of cocoa powder 5g of flax seeds/chia seeds 1/2 tsp of peppermint extract 100g of plain greek yoghurt 100ml of cold coffee (Optional: 1 tbs of sweetener if needed) For the top: 20g of dark chocolate Crushed candy cane Mix together the ingredients for the oats, then place in the fridge for 2-4 hours to thicken. Melt the chocolate and drizzle over the top to form a shell. sprinkle the candy cane on top.
