La respuesta no está únicamente en la ideología. También hay que entender qué ocurre durante la adolescencia. 🧠 La adolescencia es una etapa de construcción de la identidad. Los jóvenes buscan respuestas, referentes y un lugar en el mundo. Necesitan sentir que pertenecen a un grupo y que forman parte de algo importante. ⚠️ Los discursos extremistas ofrecen respuestas sencillas a problemas complejos. Señalan culpables, dividen el mundo entre buenos y malos y prometen soluciones fáciles. En lugar de explicar la realidad, ofrecen certezas y enemigos. 🔥 El odio también moviliza emociones intensas. La rabia, la indignación y la sensación de descubrir una verdad que los demás desconocen pueden resultar muy atractivas. Y las redes sociales amplifican el fenómeno al premiar los contenidos polémicos y polarizadores. ¿Significa esto que los adolescentes son fácilmente manipulables? No. Pero necesitan herramientas para analizar críticamente los mensajes que reciben. ¿Qué podemos hacer las familias y los educadores? ✅ Educar en pensamiento crítico y contraste de fuentes. ✅ Ayudarles a reconocer y gestionar sus emociones. ✅ Ofrecer espacios de pertenencia donde no necesiten despreciar a otros para sentirse aceptados. ✅ Mantener el diálogo, incluso cuando sus ideas nos preocupan. Porque acompañar no significa estar de acuerdo con todo, sino escuchar, cuestionar y poner límites cuando sea necesario.
