All these rules on stelliums like they have to be all personal planets, outer planets don’t count etc. but as a person with a stellium they are felt regardless. The concentration of energy is undeniable. Reading others charts will tell you the same thing. Depending on the house you might even be able to clock that energy upon 1st meeting or 1st conversation.

the best explanation I've heard, thank you! and really interesting about the trabsits.. My question is do they need to be in the same house? for example, I have (all in Gemini).. mars at 22°, sun at 26, and mercury at 4. Is that within the 8°?

I have a Taurus stellium with a Taurus Moon, Mars, Jupiter, and Saturn in my fifth house. I am TERRIFIED of my Saturn return, especially with Chiron increasing into Taurus for the first time this year 😩
