Both failed me. The colonoscopy FMT and Vowst. Four years of C diff. I had to go to Germany where they did back to back FMTs for a month. Going back this Tuesday for the summer. It took me 4 infections here for the first FMT, same situation, I lost over 100 pounds, no one told me. I'm so sorry you dealt with the same. I'm happy to see you doing so well! Prayers you continue to stay in good health! 🙏💜

This is the first time I’ve had it but I’ve had terrible reactions to antibiotics so I reaaaalllly don’t want to take them just want fmt

I’ve had it 6 times. I went through a clinical trial with a cdiff specialist. When that didn’t work we tried Reybiota and I got it again 10 days later. Now I’m on a very slow 6 month vanco taper and am terrified to go off it.

Omg that’s so scary I’m so sorry you had to go through this. My son has been through C.Diff treatment with vancomycin but still having gut issues. I can’t believe you had C.Diff 7 times. Wow what a horrible bacterial infection that is very difficult to get rid of. Thank you again for answering my question.

I have 3 back to back positive A+B toxin tests (December, January, and March). Been on vanco and dificid several times. I’m ready to do anything to get my life back 😭
