I used to stuff feelings. But over time I’ve gotten better.But probably the hardest for me right now is dealing with grief. just a few minutes ago I talked with husband about how I carry our daughter icon on my msgs and if I lost that due to phone change it would be like losing her again.. n once again wave of grief. I had to sit with it and remind myself amongst the tears that she will always be with me. Realizing the waves of grief are okay
