The average person on Social Security cannot afford any apartment. Most apartment complexes want 3x income vs rent. Meaning NO person trying to live off SocSec qualifies.

Ok, in Jefferson County, Colorado if you have land without any structures on it, you are now charged 27% of the assessed value of dirt Vs 6.5% the assessed value if you have a residence home on it. Let that sink in. 🤔

the system is 💯 % set up against poor people or anyone who doesn't want to play their games and they use a bunch of different ways to make life harder and harder until you break or " conform" . Sad but true.
